We invite you to the 9th Workshop of ECA which will take place in Berlin, the capital of Germany. Berlin has modest beginnings as a trading centre in the 13th century, but over time it grew into a European powerhouse. Since reunification in 1990, it has evolved into a dynamic and creative city. Today it is one of the most exciting cities in Europe with a lively cultural scene, many theatres, three operas, etc. Today 19 higher education institutions are located in Berlin, and about 150.000 students live in the city. We look forward to profiting from this inspiring atmosphere and to seeing you all in Berlin!
