NVAO will pay your room for two nights (Wednesday 31 May and Thursday 1 June) for two participants per ECA member.
- Additional nights will be booked by the NVAO but will have to be paid on arrival in the hotel. The price for a hotel room (single and double) is 135 euro per night.
- Additional participants will have to pay their hotel rooms and a lump sum of 100 euros per person (on registering in Bruges) for the social programme.
- Partners who take part in the social programme will have to pay a lump sum of 100 euros per person (on registering in Bruges) for the social programme.
