The 11th Workshop of ECA took take place in Kraków, one of the oldest and most beautiful cities in Central Europe. The Old City of Kraków has a unique charm created by centuries of history and cultural wealth. With its very special climate of culture and arts, this city has taught us the history of Poland and Europe. ECA profited from this inspiring atmosphere and commenced its second phase of operation by signing a new Agreement of Cooperation.
